Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with a strong technical background to lead Agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams. The ideal candidate has extensive experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with engineering, architecture, product management, and business stakeholders. Technical expertise in software development, cloud technologies, APIs, DevOps, and enterprise applications is essential to effectively support engineering teams and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach Scrum teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Lean practices.
- Drive Agile maturity by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing best practices.
- Remove blockers and proactively manage risks and dependencies across teams.




- Partner with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritized, and well-defined product backlog.
- Track sprint metrics including velocity, burndown, throughput, predictability, and team health.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex enterprise applications.
- Work closely with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support release planning, PI planning (Secure), and program-level coordination where applicable.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable follow-ups.
- Ensure adherence to Agile governance and delivery standards.
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile team members.
