Proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting Odoo in a business environment.

Strong understanding of Odoo configuration, workflows, modules, user permissions, and business processes.

Experience supporting Odoo users across multiple departments and functional areas.

Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues and communicate solutions clearly to non-technical users.

Experience with implementation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, training, go-live support, and post-go-live stabilization.

Strong understanding of business operations such as sales order processing, purchasing, inventory management, accounting workflows, manufacturing processes, or service operations.

Ability to document processes, system configurations, support procedures, and user training materials.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executives, managers, end users, vendors, and developers.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
