Job Summary

Pattabhi Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure at the Peddapuram manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, network connectivity, ERP/HRMS support, CCTV, biometric systems, cybersecurity, and end-user technical support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Ensure smooth functioning of computer systems across departments.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment.




- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Network Administration
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for uninterrupted connectivity.

Server & System Administration
- Support Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
- Create and manage user accounts, access rights, and shared folders.
- Monitor server health and system performance.
- Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.

ERP / HRMS Support
- Provide technical support for ERP, HRMS, Attendance, Payroll, and Inventory applications.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and coordinate with software vendors.
- Assist users in resolving day-to-day application issues.
- Maintain application user access and permissions.
