Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer to join our team in Noida Sector 24. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring network availability, resolving complex network issues, implementing security policies, and providing technical support to business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments.
- Install and maintain routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Diagnose and resolve L2 network incidents within defined SLAs.
- Configure VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and inter-VLAN routing.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.




- Troubleshoot routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing.
- Configure and support network security devices, ACLs, NAT, and VPNs.
- Perform firmware upgrades and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for circuit-related issues.
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration backups.
- Participate in network implementation, migration, and upgrade activities.
- Provide technical support to L1 engineers and assist in root cause analysis (RCA).

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI Model, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLAN, and Subnetting.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco switches and routers.
- Experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching technologies.
- Good understanding of routing and switching concepts.
- Experience with VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of firewall technologies (Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, etc.).
