The Learning Content Design Curation role is responsible for enabling high-quality, learner-centric capability building through the design, curation, and continuous optimisation of skills-based learning pathways within the LD ecosystem.

This role will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning content across platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise learning standards, governance, and business priorities. Working closely with Skills Learning Consultants, Content Development, and Learning Operations teams, the incumbent will ensure that learning pathways are relevant, accessible, and drive measurable learner adoption and performance outcomes.

The role requires a solid balance of instructional design, content curation expertise, and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on enhancing employee experience and maximizing the value of enterprise learning platforms (e.g., learning experience platforms (LXP) and related learning systems such as Degreed or similar).

The incumbent is expected to demonstrate a high degree of ownership and accountability,



leading end-to-end delivery of learning solutions from needs identification through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Pathway Design Content Curation
- Design, curate, and maintain skills-based learning pathways aligned to enterprise capability frameworks and business priorities.
- Manage a pool of resources supporting content curation and pathway development across learning experience platforms (LXP) and related learning systems.
- Ensure all learning pathways integrate high-quality internal and external content, optimized for discoverability and learner engagement.
- Partner closely with Skills Learning Consultants to diagnose learning needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.

Content Lifecycle Management
