Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales of factory-fabricated HVAC ducting systems.
- Generate enquiries from HVAC consultants, MEP consultants, architects, PMC firms, and HVAC contractors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Obtain Make List Approvals from consultants, government departments, PSUs, and private organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading HVAC consultants and contractors.
- Regularly visit consultants, contractors, builders, developers, and project sites.
- Identify upcoming HVAC projects and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, production, and project execution teams for timely proposal submissions.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close orders.
- Participate in consultant presentations, technical seminars, exhibitions, and product demonstrations.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships.




- Maintain CRM records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Represent DUCTTECH professionally to enhance brand visibility in the market.

Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in HVAC ducting products and air distribution systems.
- Proven expertise in Consultant Make List Approval processes.
- Strong network with:

- HVAC Contractors
- EPC Contractors
- Builders & Developers
- PMCs
- Government Departments (CPWD, NBCC, PWD, Railways, Airports, Metro, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Robust technical understanding of HVAC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
- Knowledge of ISHRAE, SMACNA, NBC, CPWD specifications, and HVAC standards.
- Ability to prepare technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with strong leadership and business development
