Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks.
- Implement and optimize LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Design scalable and maintainable backend architectures.
- Lead engineering teams through planning, code reviews, and project delivery.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, testing, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered backend solutions.
Experience Required:
- 10-14 years of experience in Python backend development.
- Solid hands-on experience with Django, Flask, and REST APIs.
- Experience implementing LLM and RAG-based AI solutions.
- Leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Knowledge of Azure, SQL, FastAPI, and OpenAI is an added advantage.
