Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C# .NET/Python, AWS, SQL, Docker, REST API, and microservices, with a solid understanding of scalable architectures and modern development practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence across the product lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 4-8 years in software development with strong backend and cloud knowledge.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in C# .NET with well knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming concepts. Strong troubleshooting experience.
- Cloud Platform: Hands-on experience with AWS for application deployment and scaling, with strong practical expertise in ECS, Fargate, Lambda, SNS/SQS, EventBridge,



and Step Functions.
- Microservices: Proven track record in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- Databases: Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical abilities. Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to address complex challenges. Takes full accountability and ownership of on-ground issues and is self-motivated to drive execution effectively.
- Git: Experience with version control systems (Git), defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or similar), and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI).

Positive to Have Skills
- Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
