About The Role
As an EPS CFO, you will make an impact by leading the financial strategy and supporting execution of the EPS Service Line’s priorities. You will be a valued member of the Tech Services FP&A; leadership team and work collaboratively with the Technology Services CFO, Corp FP&A; Head, Service Line business leaders, delivery leaders, and commercial teams.

In This Role, You Will




- Own end-to-end P&L; for the EPS Service Line, including a portfolio with revenue greater than $2B.
- Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance reviews across the Service Line portfolio.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders by providing transparent financial insights, options, and recommendations that support business decisions.
- Analyze consolidated and practice-level P&L; results against budget, forecast, and prior performance, highlighting growth drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Support deal shaping, pricing models, long-range forecasting, portfolio account health, and business cases for margin improvement, revenue growth, utilization, and talent planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of approximately 7–8 finance professionals while creating an inclusive and empowering work environment.
