The Head Clinical will be responsible for leading the clinical strategy, training, and medical affairs for Vygon India. This role involves developing and executing clinical initiatives, providing medical expertise, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to enhance product adoption and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement the clinical roadmap aligned with Vygon Indias business objectives.
- Provide insights to support product positioning and market expansion.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams for clinical initiatives.
Training & Medical Education:
- Design and execute training programs for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Conduct workshops, CMEs,
and webinars to enhance therapy awareness and market access.
- Develop clinical content, case studies, and educational materials.
Regulatory & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to Indian regulatory and ethical guidelines for medical devices.
- Work with regulatory teams to support product approvals and clinical documentation.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support:
- Partner with KOLs and medical professionals to drive clinical advocacy.
- Provide clinical support to sales and marketing teams for product demonstrations and trials.
- Address customer queries and offer evidence-based solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Education: MBBS / MD / M.Sc./ Nursing with relevant experience in clinical affairs.
- Experience: 8+ years in clinical leadership roles within the medical device or healthcare industry.
