Job Opening: Team lead Business Development Executive (Telesales)

Location: Kolkata – Salt Lake Sector V

Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass or above

- Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali

Working Hours
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Pitch and sell company products/services over calls.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Preferred Experience

Candidates must have in-house outbound telesales experience with a proven track record in product/service selling.

Experience in any of the following is preferred:
- Loan Sales
- Insurance Sales
- Policy Sales
- Channel Sales
- Software Sales
- Any target-driven telesales process involving product pitching and closures





Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced sales environment.
- Confidence in handling outbound sales calls.
