Manager - Land Acquisition & Government Liaison

DTC Group, a leading Kolkata-based real estate and construction company, is hiring an experienced Land Acquisition professional for its Projects division.

What we need:

· 8-17 years of experience in land acquisition, ideally within real estate

· Strong, practical knowledge of Mouza and Khesra records across West Bengal

· Proven liaison experience with government bodies (BDO, NKDA, HIDCO, Municipal, Panchayat) and law enforcement

· Experience handling site clearance, litigation and encroachment matters

· Confident negotiator, comfortable managing external stakeholders independently

What you'll do:

· Drive end-to-end land acquisition for real estate development projects





· Own government and police liaison for approvals and site security

· Lead due diligence, title verification and legal documentation for land deals

· Report directly on acquisition progress and negotiation strategy to senior leadership

Compensation: based on experience

Location: Kolkata (Head Office), with travel across West Bengal project sites
