Key Responsibilities:

✅ Counsel prospective students on courses and career opportunities

✅ Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, website, and online enquiries

✅ Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions

✅ Maintain student records and admission documentation

✅ Coordinate fee collection and admission processes

✅ Build strong relationships with students and parents

✅ Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets

Requirements:

✔ 1–2 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Sales, or Education Industry

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Solid convincing and negotiation abilities

✔ Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

✔ Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset

✔ Hindi language proficiency is an added advantage
