Job Description
- Manage and maintain operational databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports within defined timelines.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure the accuracy of reports.
- Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced), power point presentation and other reporting tools for data analysis, reporting & presentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate operational data.
- Monitor data quality and proactively resolve discrepancies or data-related issues.
- Generate actionable insights through data analysis to support business and operational decisions.
- Allocate work to team members and monitor daily productivity and task completion.
- Lead and supervise a small team to ensure timely delivery of assigned activities.
- Track team performance and provide regular feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, TATs,



and operational processes.
- Prepare presentations,dashboards, and management reports for leadership review.
- Support outbound operations by providing timely and accurate campaign data and reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Business IT, and audit, for smooth execution of activities.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports & trackers
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and operational excellence.
