About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Identify prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Meet clients in person to present and demonstrate the company's IT products and solutions.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations to drive sales closures.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs.
- Plan and execute daily field visits to maximize customer engagement and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
