About the Role

Were looking for a UI Designer who cares deeply about craft.

At Even, design isnt a service function. Designers work closely with product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to shape experiences that impact how people access and experience healthcare.

As a UI Designer, youll be responsible for elevating the visual quality of our products across web and mobile. Youll bring clarity to complex workflows,



obsess over details, and help establish a consistently high bar for design across the company.

This role is ideal for someone who loves product design but naturally gravitates towards visual design, interaction design, systems thinking, and craftsmanship.

What Youll Do:
- Raise the Craft Bar: Create thoughtful, polished, and visually exceptional user interfaces that improve trust, usability, and clarity across our products.
- Design End-to-End Experiences: Work closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements, flows, and concepts into intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Build and Scale Design Systems: Contribute to and evolve Evens design system, ensuring consistency across products while creating reusable and scalable patterns.
