We are looking for a seasoned and target-driven HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on lateral and bulk hiring for IT roles, including Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, partnering with key stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including understanding requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding for both permanent and C2H positions.
- IT Recruitment & C2H Hiring: Specialize in recruiting for niche IT roles and managing the entire C2H process, from sourcing to understanding contract terms and negotiating rate cards.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, provide regular updates,



and offer market intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and Boolean/X-ray searches to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track key metrics (e.g., TAT, source effectiveness), and ensure compliance with hiring processes.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a recruitment role, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment.
- Core Skills: Proven experience in lateral hiring, bulk hiring, and IT recruitment.
