Brand Strategist & Content LeadRole Purpose

We're looking for a Brand Strategist & Content Lead who can help define how our brand is experienced across every touchpoint. This role isn't about managing social media calendars—it's about building a brand that people remember. You'll work closely with the founder to shape our voice, campaigns, storytelling, product launches, and customer experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
- Develop the brand voice and ensure consistency across all communication.
- Plan and execute content strategies for Instagram, WhatsApp, email, website, and other marketing channels.
- Write compelling copy for social media, product descriptions, packaging, catalogs, campaigns, advertisements, and website content.
- Create campaign concepts, launch strategies, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Research customer behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers,



and videographers to produce high-quality creative content.
- Build storytelling around products, collections, founders, and customer experiences.
- Work with AI tools to research, brainstorm, and improve content quality and creative workflows.
- Measure content performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Help establish and maintain a premium, consistent brand identity across every customer touchpoint.

Required Skills
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing psychology, and consumer behavior.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email marketing, blogs, and websites.
- Ability to develop content strategies that align with business and brand objectives.
- Solid research skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging content.
- Experience planning marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
