We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and expand our FMCG sales operations in Goa. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail expansion, distributor management, and field sales, with the ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term business relationships.
*Key Responsibilities*
1- Drive sales growth and expand the company's market presence across Goa.
2-Identify, appoint, and develop new retail outlets and distributors.
3-Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships with retailers and distributors.
4-Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution at retail outlets.
5-Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns, and provide regular market feedback.
6-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
8-Manage distributor performance, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
9-Resolve customer and distributor concerns in a timely manner.
10-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
11-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
12-Maintain discipline, professionalism, and company standards during field operations.
*Candidate Requirements*
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in retail expansion, distributor management, and field sales.
- Strong understanding of the Goa and Punjab FMCG market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
