Graphic Designer

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to own the visual output that carries our brand and our clients' brands across every channel. You'll turn strategy and rough briefs into polished, on-brand design – social creative, marketing collateral, report and whitepaper layouts, presentations, and motion content.

Primary Responsibilities: Graphic Design
- Design on-brand visual assets across digital and print – social media graphics, ad creative, banners, email and newsletter layouts, and campaign collateral.
- Lay out long-form marketing content – whitepapers, reports, case studies, and blog visuals – with clear hierarchy and readable typography.
- Build presentation and pitch decks that are visually consistent and story-driven.
- Develop and extend brand identity systems – logo usage, color, typography, iconography – and keep every asset consistent across channels.
- Produce LinkedIn and social content graphics for company and founder brand pages.
- Take briefs from concept to final delivery, managing multiple projects and deadlines at once.





Motion Graphics & Video (Secondary)
- Edit short-form video for social, marketing campaigns, and tutorials.
- Add motion graphics, animation, and effects to strengthen storytelling.
- Keep video output on-brand and at consistent production quality.

Collaboration
- Work with the strategy, content, and client teams to understand each brief's goal before designing.
- Turn written direction and rough inputs into finished visuals with minimal back-and-forth.
- Stay current on design and content trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field – or an equivalent portfolio.
- 2-4 years of graphic design experience, ideally in an agency, marketing, or brand environment.
- Solid portfolio of brand, marketing, and layout work across digital and print.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illus
