Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and improve overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Negotiate contracts,



pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Ensure accurate sales pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer issues.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments.
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies and customer relationship management.
