Role Description

Akropolis Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a
Resident Medical Officer (RMO – BAMS)
to join our clinical team in Sohna, Haryana. This is a full-time, on-site role.

The Resident Medical Officer will be responsible for providing quality medical care to admitted patients and managing emergency cases under the guidance of senior consultants. The role includes patient assessment, clinical monitoring, treatment planning, maintaining accurate medical records,



coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, responding to medical emergencies, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards. The selected candidate will also support clinical procedures, participate in case discussions, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BAMS from a recognized institution.

•
Minimum 1 year
of hospital experience, preferably in ICU or Emergency.

• Solid clinical assessment and patient management skills.

• Ability to handle emergency situations with confidence and professionalism.

• Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.

• Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
