Key Responsibilities:
- Finalization of Accounts including
Balance Sheet
and
Profit & Loss Statement
- Solid working knowledge of
GST
and
TDS
- Handling and coordination of ROC-related matters with CA/CS
- Coordination with site team for accounting and financial requirements
- Managing financial aspects related to land transactions
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Preferred Background:
- Experience in
Resort & Hospitality Industry
- Good understanding of land-related accounting and documentation
