We're looking for a solid Java backend developer to build and scale the core OMS platform — the engine behind job management, test reporting, calibration tracking, and NABL-compliant workflows for hundreds of accredited labs. You'll work on real-world problems in a domain where correctness isn't optional.

Responsibilities

Design and implement RESTful APIs for core OMS modules — job management, reporting, calibration, and compliance
Write clean, well-tested, production-ready Java code using Spring Boot
Optimise database queries and data models for performance and traceability
Collaborate with frontend developers and domain specialists to deliver complete features
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions
Maintain and improve existing services with a focus on reliability and scalability

Requirements

3–5 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot




Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
Experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and query optimisation
Familiarity with microservices architecture
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices
Understanding of authentication and authorisation (JWT, OAuth2)
Knowledge of MongoDB is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
