At the core of health awareness, income/livelihoods, public sensitivity, agricultural consultation imparting knowledge about government schemes, with a strong local connect. They act as a bridge between rural society and public upliftment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Service oriented/ Seva-Bhav: People centric and sensitive
Basic reading and writing skills
Basic computer/technology knowledge/competence and admin experience
12th pass, graduates preferred
Minimum 3-5 years work experience.
General knowledge about government schemes/programs
Preference to former Anganwadi workers, nurses, social workers
Medical care is an additional benefit
Must possess solid communication, leadership, and community outreach skills.
Local understanding/awareness, familiarity to local languages
Females preferred
No domestic issues/problems, health ailments
No form of political alignment (eg: party karyakarta)

Supervising attendance of field staff
