Job Description & Summary: • Implement Testing for Dynamics CRM systems through Automation tool such as Selenium •Develop and maintain automated test frameworks specifically tailored for AI/ML models within CRM systems to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability of intelligent customer insights • Work on optimising the work and help in end to end testing through agentics flows • Perform end-to-end testing of customer journey automation, lead scoring algorithms, and personalized recommendation engines to ensure optimal user experience and business value delivery • Create and execute test cases for CRM integrations with third-party AI services, APIs, and external data sources while ensuring data q
