About The Role
As an L4 Salesforce Developer you'll bring deep platform and development expertise to complex, integration-rich Salesforce projects in the energy & utilities sector, built on Salesforce and Salesforce Industries. You'll work autonomously within a clear framework of accountability, guide less experienced colleagues, and help raise the engineering standard across the team.
You'll take technical ownership of complex features and integrations end-to-end — from design through build, test and deployment — mentoring less experienced developers and helping shape how the team engineers high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document and refactor complex Salesforce components and integration services (Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs).
- Take technical ownership of complex features end-to-end, ensuring high standards of code quality, test coverage and best practice.
- Build and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems within a wider integration landscape.




- Configure and extend Salesforce Industries / Energy & Utilities Cloud (e.g. OmniStudio) where applicable.
- Contribute to the selection of development methods, tools, techniques and security practices.
- Lead code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers and architects to translate requirements into robust, well-engineered production builds.
- Create technical documentation and provide technical support and troubleshooting.
