This role in summary

This position will serve as the technical lead in electronics hardware design, development, and validation for




cutting-edge consumer durable appliances. This role demands expertise in circuit design, PCB development, and
system-level integration, collaborating across functional teams to deliver cutting-edge, high-quality, and reliable electronic
control systems from concept to production.

Your responsibilities will include

Technical Leadership:
● Act as a technical lead for hardware design projects, guiding cross-functional teams through end-to-end
development cycles.
● Conduct technical design reviews, root cause analysis, FMEA, and validation to ensure robust designs.
● Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and influence design decisions.
Circuit Design & PCB Development:
● Develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits, including motor controllers, power supplies (AC/DC, DC/DC), and
microcontroller-based systems.
● Design circuit schematics, perform simulations (PSPICE, LTSPICE), and oversee PCB layout
