We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join CEAI and help define the future of AI-native engineering at Microsoft.

In this role, you will architect and build large-scale cloud services, intelligent agents, copilots, data platforms, and business applications that accelerate decision making, automate complex workflows, and unlock current business value. Success in this role requires strong software engineering fundamentals,



cloud-native architecture experience, technical leadership, and a deep curiosity for applying AI to solve business problems at scale.

Responsibilities
Engineering & Architecture
- Design, develop, and operate highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud services, platforms, and applications running on Microsoft Azure.
- Lead architecture and technical design discussions for large-scale distributed systems and AI-powered business solutions.
- Define technical direction and establish engineering patterns, standards, and best practices across services and platforms.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from design through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and long-term operations.

AI-Native Engineering
- Design and build AI-powered applications, copilots, agents, and intelligent workflows that transform business processes and customer experiences.
