Your future duties and responsibilities:
Must Have:
Minimum of 3–5 years of hands on experience performing the following tasks in Workday:
. Workday Benefits configuration (eligibility, plans, enrollments, life events,
carrier feeds)
. Benefits administration support and issue resolution (enrollments, retro changes, life events)
. Strong understanding of Workday HCM Business Processes and Security
. Executing EIB loads (simple to complex)
. Monitoring and troubleshooting integrations (benefits carriers/vendors)
. Inbox/ticket management (JIRA, ServiceNow)
. Creating and managing Stories/tasks in JIRA
. Developing and maintaining Workday reports (standard and custom)
Nice to Have:
. Workday Benefits certification
. Experience with benefits compliance (US & Canada)
. Stakeholder management (HR, Benefits, IT)
. Experience working in Agile Pods
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
