Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing accurate architectural and interior working drawings. The role involves closely collaborating with the design team to convert concepts into detailed construction drawings.
Candidates with knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modelling and interior visualization will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural and interior working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects,
consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and ready for execution.
- Maintain drawing standards and project documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of architectural and interior detailing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modelling.
- Experience with interior design projects.
- Basic rendering skills using Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
