Overview





We’re looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support our rapid-growing Hyderabad team. This role focuses on end-to-end payroll processing in India, employee relations (ER) case handling, and day-to-day HR support. You’ll ensure statutory compliance, provide high-quality employee service, and partner with managers to foster a positive, inclusive workplace.

Who you are:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, Commerce, or related field). MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
- Experience: 2–5 years in HR operations with hands-on India payroll processing and employee relations exposure.
- Tools: Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and payroll systems (e.g., Keka, greytHR, Zoho Payroll). Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation).
- Knowledge: Working knowledge of India labor laws and statutory frameworks—EPF/ESI, Income Tax/TDS, Professional Tax, Payment of Bonus Act, Gr
