Role Description
The Public Relations Officer – Building/RoW Permissions (Optical Fiber Network) is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This role is responsible for managing public relations and stakeholder communication related to building access and Right of Way (RoW)



permissions for optical fiber network deployment.

What You'll Do:

Secure entry permissions from housing societies, builders, and commercial complexes for OFC cable laying

Liaise with RWAs, society secretaries, and building management teams

Handle RoW permissions from PCMC/PMC, PWD, NHAI, and local authorities

Coordinate with local telecom authorities/Gram Panchayats per Indian Telegraph RoW Rules, 2016

Prepare documentation — applications, indemnity bonds, layout plans, society resolutions
