Role Description
The Restaurant Manager role at Greenchillyz Official is a full-time, on-site position based in Odisha, India. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient service. Responsibilities include monitoring food and beverage quality, maintaining hygiene and safety standards,



and ensuring a positive dining experience that supports strong customer satisfaction. The role also involves handling customer feedback, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and supporting hiring, training, and performance development. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with leadership to meet sales targets, control costs, and uphold Greenchillyz Official’s brand and service standards.
