We are looking for a hands-on Automation Lead to drive automation initiatives across web, mobile, and API platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end automation testing efforts.
- Design and maintain automation frameworks for:
- Web Applications using Selenium and Playwright
- iOS & Android Native Apps using Appium
- API Automation Testing using Rest Assured, Postman
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Development teams to improve quality processes.
- Mentor automation engineers and enforce best practices.
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and API automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/Python.
- Experience in automation framework design and test strategy.
- Good understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Solid analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Performance Testing (JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, etc.)
- Exposure to Security Testing concepts/tools
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
