Job Description
- Product Senior analyst is responsible for local and global application support, improvements, efficiency, and performance.
- Working on Global Product Capability improvement: BAU operations management improving processes, work with optimizations to guarantee OPEX targets providing an outstanding customer experience, collecting stakeholders feedback, and addressing the opportunities with Vendors, operational team and other IT areas.
- This person will work in projects (Service Introduction) to assure a smooth transition and from hyper care to BAU support, attending the necessities of the business and following principles.
