Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined timelines using
SAP
.
- Perform invoice verification, three-way matching, and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage vendor accounts, reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Coordinate with US stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and AP processes.
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare AP-related reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For :
- 2+ years of experience in
Accounts Payable
.
- Hands-on experience working with
SAP
.
- Experience supporting
US clients
or working in an international business environment.
- Solid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and AP processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
