About the Project

We are seeking hands-on, experienced Site Engineers across multiple disciplines to drive the execution of a major greenfield Oil & Gas infrastructure project in Paradip, Odisha. The project encompasses a Petroleum Oil Terminal and associated Piggable Pipeline Infrastructure.





These are site-based contract roles requiring on-site presence in Paradip to coordinate and supervise sub-contractors, maintain quality standards, and interface with key public and private stakeholders. The Site Engineer will prepare site reports, maintain documentation, support safety practices, and contribute to timely project completion while upholding Heeva Engineering Designs’ standards of precision and quality.

Qualifications (All profiles)
:
- Hands-on experience working in an on-site environment alongside sub-contractors and field labour.
- Ability to review project plans, identify gaps, suggest improvements, foresee potential roadblocks
to minimise project risks.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle new challenges / issues on-site.
- Knowledgeable in intricacies of construction, erection and inspection of large-scale industrial projects.
