BlackLine Application Support Analysts who could manage customer inquiries for their cloud-based financial automation software, troubleshooting technical issues (SQL, APIs) and providing solutions to optimize financial close processes. These roles often require 34+ years of SaaS support experience, proficiency in SQL, and a strong understanding of accounting principles
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve complex software application issues, including investigating bugs and system behavior.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries, providing technical guidance to clients to ensure positive user experiences.
- Technical Analysis: Use SQL queries to validate data, investigate issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Collaboration: Work with engineering and product teams to implement fixes and document solutions.
Technical Skills:
- Experience: 3–3+ years in technical application support, preferably with SaaS or financial/accounting applications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (data querying) is essential; experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) is a plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial close processes and accounting principles.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical issues to stakeholders.
Behavioral Skills:
- Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction.

Qualification:
- Somebody who has at least 4+ years of work experience in software support.
- Education qualification: Any degree from a reputed college
