We are looking for US IT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in US staffing and talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for IT positions across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and availability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets and deadlines
Required Skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of recruitment or IT concepts is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and a passion for recruitment
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
