Role Overview

The Atlassian Administrator is a hands-on platform administration role responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and user support of HealthEdge's Atlassian environment, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence. Working within the Atlassian Products team and reporting to the Manager, Atlassian Products, you will be a key execution resource for platform requests, project configuration, user management, and basic automation – ensuring that thousands of users across the organization can work effectively in Atlassian tools every day.





This is a great role for someone with solid Atlassian fundamentals who wants to deepen their platform expertise in a complex, high-scale setting. You'll work closely with Senior Atlassian Administrators, Architects, and the team manager, taking on well-defined configuration tasks and growing toward more advanced solution design and automation work over time. As HealthEdge moves fully to Atlassian Cloud Enterprise, this role will grow to include working with AI-native features like Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo — making content governance and platform hygiene directly connected to AI quality.

What You'll Do

Platform Administration & Configuration
- Administer Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in a cloud environment
- Create and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and screens under the guidance of senior team members
- Configure and manage JSM service desk projects including request types, queues, SLA conf
