Key Responsibilities • End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing). • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture. • Source candidates using multiple platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, references, headhunting, social media). • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience. • Negotiate salary, notice periods, and offers with candidates in line with client expectations. • Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements. • Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and closures.
