Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Intern role is an on-site internship position based in Chennai. The intern will support outreach to schools and childcare centers, assist in presenting services to prospective partners, and help maintain relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating meetings and calls, collecting and organizing client feedback, assisting with basic marketing activities, and preparing reports or presentations for the sales and training teams.



The role also involves supporting training-related communications and participating in in office events or sessions as needed, under guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with school and childcare stakeholders.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities to support outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Interest or experience in Training, especially in coordinating sessions and supporting learning initiatives.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn new systems.
