We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial
Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing
to lead business growth, strategic market development, and customer acquisition for our expanding EPC business.
The role is suited for a robust techno-commercial professional who can independently drive opportunities, build customer relationships, and develop new markets across conventional and emerging sectors.
Key Requirements
✔ Engineering graduate in
Mechanical Engineering
or
Chemical Engineering
✔ Minimum
15 years of experience
in the
EPC industry
✔ Strong exposure to:
- Project implementation
- Estimation and costing
- Techno-commercial discussions and negotiations
- Business development and EPC sales
✔ Ability to independently:
- Set sales targets
- Develop customer networks
- Build partnerships, agents, and business associates
- Drive business growth initiatives
✔ Willingness to travel extensively (
approximately 15 days per month
) to meet customers and develop new business opportunities
✔ Customer-focused approach with strong ethics, integrity, and long-term relationship orientation
Preferred Exposure
Experience in any of the following sectors will be an advantage:
- Infrastructure Projects
- Sugar Industry
- Distillery Projects
- Industrial / Process EPC
Exposure to
African markets
will be an added advantage.
Emerging Sectors
Candidate should have the ability to quickly understand and develop EPC opportunities in emerging technologies including:
- CBG / Bioenergy
- Green Methanol
- Other energy transition projects
