Assist in installation, configuration, and administration of Informatica BDM / Data Engineering Integration (DEI). Support Informatica domain, nodes, repositories, and services management. Monitor daily operations, jobs, and workflows, ensuring successful execution. Provide basic troubleshooting and issue resolution for Informatica processes. Assist in code deployment and migration across Dev, QA, and Production environments. Support patching, upgrades, and workplace maintenance activities. Work with development teams to resolve performance and execution issues. Maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures. Participate in production support and incident management.
