Job Purpose





To handle various responsibilities pertaining to Regulatory Compliance with
respect to EMF/SACFA/WPC/MRO/TRAI/ TERM for existing network and new Technology
upgradations.

Key Result Areas / Accountabilities

* To ensure 100% regulatory compliance with respect to SACFA/WPC/EMF/MRO/
TRAI/TERM for all existing cell sites and new rollout/Technology upgradations
* EMF self-certification on NEP portal for New rollout as well as upgradations
and OTS
* To ensure timely submission of Triennial EMF self-certification as per DoT
guidelines
* EMR Testing audit with TERM Cell officials and ensuring compliance.
Coordination with industry peers /IP vendors for EMF compliance and field
level testing.
* Liaising with TERM Cell officials and other regulatory agencies
* SACFA Application, clearance for all sites all technologies. Coordination
with central regulatory team & WMO team for audit & clearances.
* To ensure phasewise MRO completion for different frequency bands as per the
NIA gu
