Work you'll do

As a Senior - Legal Entity Management on the Legal Business Services team, you will be responsible for supporting legal entity management and corporate secretarial services for large and complex organizations.

Support the formation, maintenance, dissolution, and ongoing compliance of legal entities, including annual meetings, appointment of directors and officers, powers of attorney,



written consents, annual reports, and document preparation.
Review governance structures, corporate changes, legal entity simplification activities, and event-driven changes across the lifecycle of legal entities.
Maintain legal entity data and compliance workflows using platforms such as HighQ, Diligent Entities, and Athennian, including entity profiles, ownership structures, compliance calendars, and stakeholder reporting.
Support Board of Directors’ and stockholders’ meeting planning and documentation, including corporate records, minute books, board resolutions, and public notary coordination.
Assist with engagement delivery activities, including document collection, data entry, tracking, document review, proposal support, research, and identification of process improvement opportunities within Legal Entity Management engagements.
