Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the recruitment process.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and offer status.
Post and manage job openings across multiple job portals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with clients and internal hiring teams to understand hiring requirements.
Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
