Keeping uptime of all IN and associated nodes
KPI monitoring and maintaining
IN projects - Hardware / Software expansion and upgrade, patch implementation,
integration with recent core and associated nodes
Implement System integrations of IN nodes, existing and new, with Core / VAS
nodes, IT systems etc
Faulty HW replacement / spare management / coordination with SNOC for FM
R&R; / RMA management
Comply with all regulatory agencies & internal compliance requirements &
Implement of processes
HW/SW, operational problems/issues, testing new features & allied activities
under vendor scope
Creation, deletion and modification of user ID as per SOP for IN and Vtopup
