Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate the hiring process, including interview scheduling, offer letter issuance, and joining formalities.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, orientation, attendance, leave records, HRMS, and employee database management.
Coordinate with reporting managers, resolve employee concerns, and monitor employee performance during training, probation, and internship periods.
